The Apartments
We tried giving them nice names, like names of winds, of nearby beaches, or other nice places in Rovinj. But then it turned out that everyone was confused with those names. Thus we decided to follow the way of logical positivism.

Common features
The following features are valid for all apartments:
- Covered parking;
- Sea distance: 700m;
- City center distance: 1000m;

- Grill/barbecue in the garden;
- Free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Apartment A
for 2/3 people
The A apartment is situated on the first floor, in the south-eastern part of the house. It benefits from a lot of sun and a beautiful view over the green countryside surrounding the house.
It consists of a small entrance, a large bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace. The perfect size for a couple or a couple with a child.
In the bedroom there is a queen size bed and a chair-bed. It features a TV-set with digital satellite receiver an air-conditioner and it is heated during the colder months of the year.

Apartment B
for 4/5 people
The B apartment, refurbished in 2021, is situated on the first floor, in the south-western part of the house. It offers a beautiful view over the green countryside surrounding the house.
It consists of a large entrance hall furnished with a sofa bed and a small writing table, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a very comfortable three seat sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and two covered terraces, one accessible from the smaller bedroom and the other, much larger, accessible from the living room. It also features a tv-set with digital satellite receiver, it is heated during winter and spring months and has air conditioning.

Apartment C
for 2/3 people
The apartment C is situated on the second floor, in the south-eastern corner of the house. It benefits from a lot of sun and a beautiful view over the sea and the green countryside surrounding the house. It consists of a small entrance, a large bedroom with a very high wooden ceiling, bathroom with shower, a well-equipped sunny kitchen, and a very nice covered terrace accessible from the kitchen.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a comfortable chair-bed, a TV-set with digital satellite receiver and an air-conditioner is also available. Furthermore, as well as all the other apartments, it can be heated during cold months.

Apartment D
for 4/5 people
This apartment lies in a sunny and nice position of the house, and offers a wonderful view over the sea and the countryside. It has been entirely redecorated in 2006 and it is composed of two bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two covered terraces and a bathroom with washing machine.
The living room has a very high wooden ceiling and a large French window which gives access to a beautiful covered terrace, facing south, equipped with a dining table. The living room features a Television equipped with a Digital Satellite receiver, a comfortable 2 seat sofa and another chair-bed. An air conditioner is also available, if the heat gets too much.
The bedrooms and the kitchen have access through the living room. The bedrooms are furnished with care, and one of them has a warm, wooden ceiling. Both bedrooms have French windows that give access to a second covered terrace, facing west, which is very comfortable during the hottest hours of the day.
